又一年

时间过得超恐怖的快，去年过得像昨天的一样，转眼又一年了。今天，过得很充实，超的那种！很爽！终于觉得我是个有用的人，原来，我不怎么废柴的，哈哈。很 开心今天做的汤圆成功，我邱淑君自创的猪肉也很好吃，只可惜，我的macarons不怎么好，但是，味道还不错，只是长像有点不像，其实，是超不像的， 哈，没关系，慢慢来，我会成功的。


first attempt in making tang yuan from scratch...made the dough,added colouring etc...today was just preliminary round,lol,testing testing,tmrw,im gonna make a whole lot more with my bff,希望我们全部人都能团圆！the third picture is a bit cacat-ed (retarded),but trust me, it looks perfectly great and tastes good!

second attempt in baking macarons,failed again! i don't know where did it go wrong, it just didn't want to puff up....kek si wo la!! but, but, BUT, it tastes good, especially the chocolate ganache filling, it's the best! teehee :) let's not call it a macaron, i shall rename it as koocaron! lol, i don't what this shit means, but again,trust me, it really is yummy! ha-ha-ha

tang-tang-tang-tang!! proudly presented to you guys, koo's braised pork..top secret!!哈，说出来，你们别笑我，其实，这是我失败之作，哈哈哈，原本昨晚要腌制蜜汁叉烧，但是，汁太liquid了，结果，做不成，所以，经过我聪明的头脑研究过后，我把它演变成一盘算不上是东坡肉，也不是红烧肉，更不是hokkien的tau yew bak,而是，我邱家独门秘方的超好吃的猪肉，天底下都找不到的。那肉真的很软，那肥肉更是入口即化的口感，棒！快来帮我想想我的猪的名字吧，我要很chio很chio的名字！让人听了会‘哇’的那种！heheeheee....话说，我妈也没有我那么厉害啦，哈！

好了，已经把愿望都写在小纸上，希望会成真吧！我真的希望神神会抱有保佑我的父母，让他们平安，让他们安心，让他们开心，不要再有任何意外了。听到妈说他们都不敢睡楼上而连续几晚都睡楼下，我真的不安，怎么睡也不能好好睡呢？这都是anehneh的错，我永远不会原谅你们的。神，一定要保佑我的家人平安，开心，健康，长寿，漂亮，发财！够了，谢谢！祝愿各位冬至快乐！希望人也和家人也快乐！
